Do you happen to know if Sony holds the rights also for Dr. Strange ?

I believe they do. A while back there was a photo from a comic con and there was a marvel posted that had all the planned movies on it(F4, ghost rider, huml 2 etc.) and I'm pretty sure Dr. Strange was on there.

And in other news, chocolate cake girl is *** hotness, no matter what others say.

I think it was just a tip of the hat to comic fans, like in the first film when Peter Parker tells Bonesaw, "I'm not the Thing!" in the cage wrestling match.
